I am having so much fun with our Mother’s Day sessions. Meghan came in with her two little ones, Beau and Delaney and they completely swept my heart away. From their little laughter to their perfect smiles, I fell in love with these two kids. What an adorable little family.
Meghan is a local business owner and as a mother juggling work, kids, family and life, she successfully does it all and has raised to sweet, sweet kids. It was such an honor for me to be able to capture some family photographs for her and let her take a little moment out of her day to enjoy herself and her two kids. Truly nothing is sweeter than a mother’s love for her babies and I can see how much love Meghan has for her kids as I photograph them. I was so happy that Meghan got to enjoy a few sweet moments alone with her kids without the worries or troubles of the day bothering her. Meghan is truly a mom that does it all.
I have been so enamored with these sessions that I put together this little video just for all the mothers out there thinking of pampering themselves with a photo session. We have so much fun at these sessions and I am so spoiled by all the fun kids that I get to meet. It’s low stress, convenient, easy, and fast, not to mention fun!
Ok side note, yes I am totally in love with the video, but really because every time I hear Beau and Delaney’s giggles, I start giggling myself as well. The best thing for me though is when I get to show the mothers their portraits. It always gets me so excited! I sent off this little video to Meghan yesterday over text and this was her response:
This, just this, is enough for me to keep photographing amazing mothers and their families. Knowing that I can give Meghan some joy and light in her day and help preserve her memories for years to come.
I am so lucky to have photographed some kids over the years and getting to meet them a few times a year and watch them grow is such an amazing feeling for me. And I can’t wait to meet all the new kids and mothers.
