Been wanting to blog about this! Nikki and Curtis had a day to remember starting with a ceremony at the beautiful Preservation Park and ending with a traditional Chinese banquet in Newark complete with lion dancers!. What an awesome couple, what a memorable ceremony and what a fun wedding! And their cake was awesome; if you want to make this photographer happy, give us cake! I had a blast at this wedding. What made it more fun was that I worked with my great friend and photographer, Chung Li and the awesome kick ass lighting assistant, Melinda!

What are these cute ringbearers doing? Your guess is as good as mine!

Awesome shot by Chung!

Show me your shoes and sexy legs, ladies!

The two of them are so cute!!

Run boys, run!

One of my favorite shots, loving the shadows

Yummy, sexy! Curtis is a lucky guy!

The traditional tea ceremony to honor the elders. Nikki is Vietnamese and Curtis is Chinese, so this is a great tradition to have during the wedding day to bring the two families together.

The ever important red packets – I remember being a kid on Chinese New Year and trying to get as many red packets as we could from relatives. Hehe!

Table toasts at the banquet!

Curtis has the best expressions!

Someone really wants that garter…

Another awesome Curtis expression – right before cake cutting!

An awesome shot by Melinda. Somehow, I really like this one! As the dancing begins, hands go up!

Everyone gets down on the dance floor! This young man was more than happy to show off his moves for me.

This shows my awesome team that night, Chung wedshooting with me (so much fun!) and Melinda doing her thang as the lighting maestro!

Someone tell Chung that he looks entirely too serious, JK!

The last sexy shot of the night.

And this next one is for all you brides out there who are as into the details as we are! We decided to make cute little storyboards for our brides. Feel free to grab the pic and save it in your planning folder.
