Ever wonder where they got the idea for the wedding topper? Well it probably wasn’t Nicole and Jake but they definitely could have been! Nicole was a stunning bride dressed to perfection in her white Vera Wang gown, with a black satin sash around the waist. The dress was gorgeous with two beautifully draped rosettes and with a cross draped bodice. The dress was elegant, wonderfully crafted and a perfect match for the bride wearing it! Not only did Nicole know how to choose a great dress, but she also knew how to choose the perfect guy. Jake was such a sweetheart! He was very kind, outgoing, and had this way of smiling, that would make Nicole blush and melt instantaneously.
We had a ball roaming around the beautiful Flood Mansion venue in San Francisco. There we found some great stone structure, balconies and stairs that made for great impromptu photos as we made our way to the reception. Nicole and Jake were not the only shining souls that day. At the reception, I saw that they were in good company. Their families were intermingling and partying as if they’d known each other for years and were at a family reunion. There was no question as to where they got their loving spirits from, everyone that was celebrating their union had one as well. Nicole and Jake were a blessing to encounter, and I am humbled to have had them choose me to capture such precious moments.
