When Miss S reached out to the Milou and Olin Collective, she wanted more than just cute pet photos. Her five-year-old brown and black tabby, Bean, had never been in a studio. Miss S adopted Bean from a Sacramento shelter right before the COVID-19 lockdown. He became her first feline companion as an adult. This spunky boy quickly took over as the “alpha” of the house. He loved hair ties, climbing his cat tower, and curling up for cuddles at night. But he didn’t like having his paws touched and usually avoided strangers.
Still, Miss S dreamed of portraits that captured Bean’s charm—his silly habits, his gentle moments, and all the little quirks that made him special.
