We searched the depth of our souls to define what is us, what makes us us, and what makes Tinywater Photography. We shoot because we love photography, weddings, emotions and we love people. We love seeing people happy and we love it when our work makes them happy! We want to show our clients what is possible in terms of artistic wedding photography. We recognize the importance and power of weddings and wedding photography.
We sat down to brainstorm and redefine our business and service so that we could be a better team for our clients. We know we want to be exceptional, we want to be involved and have a long term friendship with our clients. We want our clients to be excited to be part of the Tinywater family. We want to be amazing and exclusive to our clients, we know our clients deserve our best. We want our clients to have a unique and special product from us right from the start. We want it to be an experience, we believe in pampering our clients. We believe in custom attention, individualized service and unique services because our clients are unique and special. We believe that you are your own unique people and we believe in listening and spending time with our clients.
And to increase our service quality, we have changed a few things. Instead of selling what we want to sell, we now sell what our clients want and what we are good at. Fine custom products infused with our unique style. While others might be imitating, we work on improving our own style and getting better at it. We say, come up with your own style and you will deliver and grow exponentially as an artist.
In terms of style, we don’t want to be safe and we don’t go for safe. Safe is boring. The problem with safe and boring is that it’s too easy to fall into that loop, and it’s also easy for others to imitate that style. So we are always trying new things and asking ourselves “Why not?” Why not more of this or that, why not try that, do that? Why not? Why not push ourselves further and do something we have never done before. So why stay safe? We know we are not traditional and we are pretty sure our couples love us because we are not! On the other hand, we know not everyone loves our style and we are okay with that!
We also know we don’t want to and can’t shoot 50 or 60 weddings a year because we want to work with clients we love and focus on them. Why not limit ourselves and improve ourselves? Why not focus on each client we have? We want clients that are special to us and are equally involved in their investment. And it is important that our clients recognize our vision, love our style and our work. We pour our heart and soul into each wedding and each client receives personalized attention. All of our clients have given us the freedom and time to do our work and perform our very best so that we can deliver the very best. It’s not just about a numbers game of who shoots the most weddings. We want to make sure that all of our clients have fun with us. It’s not about marketing or costs, it’s about the experience. Why hire a photographer that you don’t connect with and makes it boring?
We got down to the truth and the truth is that people want to be known for themselves. They want great photos and they want a fun time and experience! So the solution to all of this is that we have decided to focus on our niche and focus on what we are good at. We believe that in a way we are evolving the market and what is available. We are giving special couples the attention they deserve. We are recognizing their beauty and individuality. Our mission is that every wedding we shoot is shot and processed to reflect the clients personalities while still keeping true to our style. What it comes down to is that you want us because you recognize that we understand how important, unique and beautiful you are. And that is the backbone of our company!
