Have you ever seen an Art Studio as cute as Little Lane? We did this shoot for one of our past brides, the lovely Julie! Remember her? This adorable little place was transformed from an old carriage house to the studio you see now. We had so much fun taking these priceless snapshots of all the fun and colorful trinkets Little Lane has to offer. Who could describe it better than Little Lane Founders themselves:
‘Our first project at Little Lane was transforming the space from a turn of the century carriage house into an art studio through a unique collaboration between Julie Benjamin, Kevin Smith, Moses Grubb, Kasha Speno and many other friends and family. Our aim was to design an environment well-suited for the creation of purposeful art projects. Setting the stage to inspire creativity, our studio became a blend of farmhouse and urban roots. Simple, design-orientated, and functional, Little Lane is playful and encourages imagination and ingenuity.’
I have never seen crayons like these before, have you? They were specially made to be shaped like pebbles and are proven to be way more comfortable that way! We tested them out.

^I wish I was a kid again, look how neat the craft table setting is.^
Julie, the founder of Little Lane had her creative energies flowing when she designed this little place. In her words; “Children have a way of looking at the world and discovering solutions that we have stopped ourselves from seeing. They illuminate possibilities and have the amazing ability to translate the world into a raw, true, and whole-hearted form that we unconditionally connect to.” It really makes you want to be a kid again right?
