Here’s a little bit of gorgeousness to perk up your dreary Monday! The last installment of Peggy and Erik’s totally romantic Ranch wedding is full of wonderful details, provided by A Savvy Event and surrounded by the beautiful acreage of Kenwood Ranch in Sonoma, CA. If you’ve missed the first and second posts on this beautiful wedding, be sure to backtrack a little and check them out!
To get you up to speed, Peggy and Erik are two lovebirds from Brooklyn, NY, who dreamed of the soft light and romantic venues in the California wine country. They were able to do a lot of the finer details themselves; Peggy designed their invitation suite herself! They brought things that made them think of home: the “takeaway” includes samples of spicy bacon caramel corn made just down the street, and included their puppies in the ceremony! A Savvy Event took things from there, putting on the finishing touches, and Peggy and Erik’s fabulous guests and carefree attitude made the entire day a success!
Check out the rest of their beautiful event, and soak in the details!
We couldn’t help snagging a few pictures of Peggy’s fabulous guests! They shed their dark city duds for some California-inspired colors!
Could you find a more gorgeous setting for this rustic tablescape? We think not.
The neutral plates and grey linens were given a pop of color by FleurEssence, with their gorgeous array of different flower groupings.
The simplicity of the dishes and stemware are perfect to offset the deep greens of the surrounding trees and flowers and the fabulous pinks of the centerpieces!
So many different shades of pink!! We love the more muted color palate; the ivory and soft ballet pinks that even have a hint of purple!
Their “vintaged” scrapbook guest album was full of cute slips of paper to leave behind with well wishes, advice, or something to remember from their big day from friends and family.
Our favorite detail by far!! If the wedding had only included these chairs and that fabulous dress, we would have been happy! They drip with romance, and yet are totally new; we so often see signs or ribbons, but not flowers!
The whiskey bar was a total hit; they had different types of whiskey to sample, and little labeled bottles to take home your favorite! They were accompanied by spicy bacon caramel corn; made just down the street from Peggy and Erik’s Brooklyn home!
Cigars and sweet treats rounded off the night.
We enjoyed this wedding so much! Peggy and Erik, we wish you all the best! xoxo – Tinywater
