We’re big fans of Kari and Elan- their eco-modern wedding full of succulents and seaside rustic details was one of our absolute favorites! So when we heard they had a little one on the way, we looked forward to spending some more time with this fabulous couple!
We traversed to Kari + Elan’s stomping grounds: Santa Monica, CA. If you’ve never been to this idyllic beach town, it’s full of hippies, surfers, and is home to the Santa Monica Pier – a popular tourist spot. So where do Kari and Elan fit into this mix? They march to their own drum as well as being a little bohemian themselves. Our shoot was joined by their adorable Vizsla, two roosters, and included some surprises!

The bump showcased by itself! Kari certainly has that “glow”.
